Indicator noise

Hi you helpful folk!

Latest problemo ….. our indicators have developed a loud noise when used, like a lorries reversing sound. It went off for a short while and started again, any ideas please?

This might be the wiring for the towbar.  Check that first.  When a trailer is plugged in, it activates a loud ‘buzzer’ confirmation that the trailer indicator lights are OK.  This is probably what you’re hearing.

Thanks Barry, it was doing it before we had the bike rack and tow bar fitted. The connection at the tow bar end is the one that we inherited but we had it moved from underneath and fitted onto the tow bar. So still a mystery ………
